Media Molecule has announced a brand new IP called Dreams.
Following on from the success of LittleBigPlanet, Media Molecule has announced another brand new IP called Dreams.
This usual title, launching exclusively on PS4, allows you to create your own game or idea within a game and bring it to life.
Media Molecule is classing it the “most exciting thing I’ve ever worked on”.
It’s quite tricky to describe Dreams without showing you, but the idea is that whatever you create can be connected and linked together with every other individual dream created by the players.
You can start by simply drawing within Dreams with your DualShock 4. And although we weren’t given a huge live demonstration, Media Molecule promises that anyone can piece together a whole environment within minutes.
And to start interacting with it? Just as simple as reaching in and grabbing it with the touch pad. You’ll have a light to guide your new creations too.
There looks to be plenty more to Dreams, but hopefully we’ll hear a lot more about the game in the very near future.
