Don’t miss Liam Neeson in LG’s ridiculous Super Bowl ad

The world of advertising is a curious place, as evidenced by this bewildering LG promo…
LG has lifted the lid on its first ever Superbowl commercial, and it makes absolutely no sense.
The advert even features A-lister Liam Neeson, predictably typecast as a mysterious and husky-voiced man of action – but this time, he’s from the future.
That future is, apparently, chock with LG OLED screens, Tron-style motorcycles, and sticky-back playing cards.
We won’t spoil it any further. Just watch it:

The video is called “Man from the Future” and will air during the 50th-ever Super Bowl, which takes place on February 7.
It’s a big one for the tech community, as this is the first Super Bowl to be held in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1985.
What did you make of LG’s head-scratcher advertisement? Did it make you want to buy a TV? Be honest…
