Day One PS4 bundles now being offered by Amazon

With just a week till launch, yet more Day One PS4 bundles have been made available, with Amazon the latest retailer to offer the console in time for launch.

Despite having last week revealed that any new PS4 pre-orders would not be shipped until after the Christmas period, Amazon has now added a new Day One PS4 bundle to its stock list, with the next-gen console coming packaged with a copy of Killzone: Shadow Fall.

While the standard PS4 console will set wannabe owners back £349, the Day One Killzone bundle has been handed a slightly more costly £384.99.

Although the PS4 bundle is being offered for Day One delivery, with the November 29 PS4 release date now just a week away, Amazon has revealed the console will only be available for shipping to certain areas of the country.

“When you place a pre-order for an item offering Release Day Delivery and you select either First Class or One-Day Delivery (available for eligible postcodes only), Amazon.co.uk will dispatch your order prior to the release day, with the intention that it arrives with you on the actual release day,” the company has stated.

Although short, the list of ineligible postcodes appears to include only the very northern most points of Scotland and areas of Ireland.

With the Xbox One release date to see the Microsoft branded console go on sale at midnight, the Sony PS4, already available in the US, will hit UK stores next week.
