Dacom Roam is a Bluetooth headset that charges wirelessly

Now most headphones have a handsfree function, you might think a Bluetooth headset is old hat. These guys want to convince you otherwise.
They’ve made the Dacom Roam, which is a Bluetooth headset that charges wirelessly. To juice it up, just plonk it on the charging plate. It’s a lot more convenient than plugging it in, though we’re not sure we buy all the hyperbole about it leading to a better quality of life.
It has plenty more features too.
You can connect two phones to it at the same time, and it has a sleek design.

Still, Bluetooth headsets are a little lame. No matter how stylish they are, they can’t shake their travelling salesman image. Which might put some people off.
If you’re interested, it’ll set you back $74 (£51) on an early bird. Pledge $148 (£102) and you’ll get two, so you can wear one on each ear (note: please don’t do this, even ironically). It’s raised over $1,000 of a $25,000 goal. If successful, it’ll ship in May.
