China’s latest games console is a PS4 with an Xbox One controller

China’s latest games console – the Fuze – certainly wears its inspirations on its sleeve.

The home console is basically a PS4 shell with an Xbox One controller.

Images of the console were posted to the company’s website after the Android-powered machine was unveiled during a conference held in Beijing.

As you can see, the design of the console is incredibly familiar, dare we say a complete rip-off of what Sony and Microsoft have.

Even the user interface is very familiar to that of the PS4, sporting the same blue hue and iconography.

Hysterically, one slide used during the conference places the Fuze logo next to Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo – most likely an attempt to suggest Fuze can stand alongside the ‘big three’ powerhouses as a brand, but more a case of saying “hey, these are the guys we ripped off”.

I guess Fuze is representative of the combination of design elements of every other gaming company, then.
