It consists of two straps you hook over your shoulders, so it looks like you’re wearing a backpack. It monitors your posture and syncs to an app on your phone, so you can see how your posture varied during the day.
It will also let you know when you’ve been stationary for too long, encouraging you to get up and move around.
But it doesn’t just monitor your posture, it helps adjust it too. It aligns and supports your shoulders and spine, so you’ll naturally adopt good posture when wearing it. It’s slim and hardly weighs anything, and can be worn under a shirt, jumper or jacket without being noticeable.
You can adjust it to fit using its velcro straps, and it comes in small, medium and large sizes.
