Alien Isolation comes in at number 2, FIFA 15 still strong
Alien Isolation has entered the UK All Format Gaming Chart at number 2, as it couldn’t quite compete with reigning champ FIFA 15.
FIFA 15 again managed to beat off strong competition from a number of new entries into the UK All Format Gaming Chart, topping the chart for a third week running.
EA Sports’ football sim managed to hold out at the top despite a 60 per cent drop in sales.
Last week’s new entry Middle of Earth: Shadow of Mordor dropped from second place to third this week, with Forza Horizon 2 also dropping one place to fourth in this week’s chart.
DriveClub was another new entry to the chart this week, but only managed to secure fifth place. Destiny is in sixth place this week with a 44 per cent drop in sales.
Skylanders: Trap Team, yet another new entry, managed to debut at number seven – a strong start for a children’s title, available on both consoles and tablets.
NBA 2K15 is at number eight and Super Smash Bros for 3DS is at number nine.
Minecraft PlayStation Edition rounded off the top ten this week, dropping from sixth place the previous week.
Sadly, Sleeping Dogs: Definitive edition only debuted at number 13.
