O2 Cancel Contract

If you want to leave O2, how you cancel will depend on the type of plan you signed up for. If you're an O2 Refresh customer, you can end your contract early by paying off the remaining balance for your Device Plan. Once your device is paid off, you are free to cancel your Airtime Plan too if you wish. For all other tariffs, you can cancel your contract by paying your remaining line rental costs up front. The O2 cancel contract number is the same as your usual customer service number: just dial 202 from your O2 phone. If you want to keep your phone number when you leave, remember to ask the customer service department for your PAC code too.
