This cracking deal for a 43-inch Samsung TV is still available

While Black Friday is officially over, Cyber Monday is still in full swing and a deal from last week is still around with Samsung’s UE43TU7100 available for £299.

That’s a reduction of £80 for this cracking 43-inch TV. We gave this set 4.5-stars in our review, saying that the the TV offered “amazing value for money by delivering picture quality that’s a cut above anything else you’ll find for less than £400.” We like to think that value has been multiplied even further with this reduction in price.

DEAL: Get the Samsung UE43TU7100 4K TV for £299 (save £80)

The Samsung TU7100 offers a very decent spec for the price that includes eARC connectivity for hooking up an Atmos soundbar, HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG support and access to a huge number of apps through Samsung’s own Tizen OS, delivering the likes of Netflix, Apple TV, Tidal, Spotify and BBC Sounds. Even though it doesn’t support Freeview Play, all the UK catch-up and on-demand apps are present and correct.

The UE43TU7100 is a perfect fit for smaller spaces or for consideration as a set for a second room. Gamers will enjoy the performance benefits it brings, as the TU7100 boasts Samsung’s class-leading gaming input lag. That doesn’t make it the best choice from a PS5 and Xbox Series X (it’s missing some advanced features), but it does mean it’ll be able to deliver a fast gaming performance from them. r.

DEAL: Get the Samsung UE43TU7100 4K TV for £299 (save £80)

Picture quality is very good, much better than what’s  expected of TVs at this price, with natural-looking colours and solid black levels. While HDR performance is limited, you’ll still get a boost from it, especially with HDR10+ content.

This TV was a superb deal for Black Friday and it’s kept rolling to Cyber Monday. If you are after a smaller set, you don’t want to miss out on this one.
