>>You could even go so far as to stick in an SSD, though that will likely be overkill compared to the rest of the system.

Well, if your media is stored on say a NAS, a small 60Gig SSD can be had for about £70. Apart from the speed advantage of the SSD (OS loading etc), it will also help keep things cooler.

Yep, definitely a good idea if you want to spend the extra :)
Heck, if using as a media centre with external storage you could even go smaller and cheaper, with 32-40GB SSDs going for around £40 if you hunt around.

Looks a great product! But does anyone know where we can get our hands on one of these? Amazon.co.uk has no stock, and other retailers i've checked (in UK, FR and BE) don't have the Nano either. Help!

Wow, it was still in stock at time of writing the review at several retailers, including Amazon. I guess it's been selling really well though, as everywhere is sold out atm.
I've checked with Zotac for you, and stock should be available from Ebuyer really soon (days at most).

UPDATE: Actually, stock apparently won't be available for around 4-5 weeks... sorry about the mix-up :(
But Ebuyer should still be the first to get it in the UK, so keep an eye out and good luck.
