There's no question about the spec: the author of the Engadget review bought a retail Pulse out of his own pocket to confirm, and it's got a compass and a capacitive screen and so ... more

I got mine at the weekend and it definately does have a compass and a capacitive touchscreen.

As the other users said this phone has a capacitive touch screen. The info on here is wrong.
