Sanyo Xacti VPC-CA9
The VPC-CA9 is still not a top-end HD camcorder in a waterproof body, but it does offer the best low-light performance of any underwater camcorder we've tested. It also costs less than £300, making it cheap enough to be a second camcorder. Thus, despite Panasonic's SDR-SW21 being more robust, and Sanyo's own VPC-WH1 more water resistent, the VPC-CA9 is most likely to shoot presentable footage. These look cool but the samples i have seen via You-Tube are pretty crap.
