Overall, the U80V is an odd beast. There's definitely potential here, but much will depend on how it is priced as to whether it'll be worth investing in. We also rather wish Asus showed a little more attention to detail in its design. Read more...

For starters having the touchpad in the middle makes it equally difficult or easy for us left-handers.
And if it's a Synaptics pad then you can very easily tune... more

The touch pad is an Elan model. It also does support palm-registration.
