You referring to Spirit Tracks? 'Cos that was announced several months ago in Japan, but I think this is the first time it's been playable in English.
OR
You may be referring to the secret single piece of artwork which was show to select journalists during Miyamoto's roundable talk, accompanied by hints of "have a go at archery and swordplay in Wii Sports Resort as those ideas may influence the next Zelda".
Shame they didn't allow photography for that... I'd have liked to see the artwork (apparently an even older Link).
During the same talk he said they weren't ready to show anything of Pikmin 3 as the team's very small and the company's busy with other projects (so probably early days yet, but at least it's confirmed yet again). In the meantime I'd suggest Little King's Story. It's a Strategy RPG, but does have some elements of Pikmin in it.

It seems like Nintendo have decided to kick their feet up now that they've already shipped a boatload of consoles.
I mean, they can't really add any more gimmicky features to a console that is already one big gimmick, can they?
