dammit, just as I was looking set to purchase a 4870 at the end of the month, this rears it's head and says "no, GeForce is the way to go" sigh...

Definitely looking like this game would be a lot better on PC. Third person = console, first person = PC

It'll certainly be intetresting to see how this plays on the PC.

@Chaos - I don't think I'd ever consider getting a Radeon card anymore. Maybe a few years ago, but definitely not now. GeForce all the way.

@Darfuria

The best card on the planet is the Radeon HD4870 X2. By a fairly long way.

Wasn't there a story recently about PhsyX being ported to the Xbox, does anyone over at TR know anything about that?

here's the link (sorry it's in German but there's always google translate)

As has been mentioned on bit-tech, they should have released the game now, and then patched it in Jan.

Nice to finally see a relevant "real world" use for the quite excellent PhysX cloth modeling. The tech demos were always pretty cool but their use in-game always seemed a bit forced.

This is nice & seamless IMO

I'm more concerned about the gameplay getting fixed for the PC version than how realistic they can make the polythene.
