The 46TL963 doesn’t quite rival the other sets covered so far for sheer picture quality. But it does have another trump card: its price. For it only costs just over £700 -  a cracking price for a slim-bodied 46in TV equipped with 200Hz and 3D playback. And actually, its picture quality really isn’t at all bad, especially when it comes to sharpness and colour accuracy. Sound is only average and there’s a little crosstalk ghosting with 3D, but even so the 46TL963 makes footie look way better than it should for its price.
