The adidas MiCoach system first appeared on the old Samsung F110 mobile
phone back in 2008, but soon after adidas ported the system over to the
iPhone. It took a while, but the company finally launched an Android
version at the start of May. MiCoach is special because not only does it
allow you to track your training progress in sports like running,
cycling, tennis and football using your phone’s GPS chip, but it also
provides real-time voice coaching to guide you through different ‘zones’
in your workout.
