Tefal Toast 'n' Egg TT550015
There are two ways to cook eggs on the Tefal Toast 'n' Egg TT550015. You can either use the egg poach tray to poach the eggs to the size of a muffin, or you can use the steamer tray to boil them. It takes a while to get used to poaching the egg, but once you’ve figured out the amount of water you need to use they turn out well. You can only poach one egg at a time, but you can use the steamer to cook up to four at once.
What’s more you can pop pre-cooked meat into the warmer tray so it’s nice and hot. You can of course use these functions individually — you can make your toast without having to poach an egg, for example.
The two slots in the Tefal Toast 'n' Egg TT550015 are extra wide, which makes them suitable for holding muffins, croissants, bagels and thick slices of bread. As well as all these fancy features, the Tefal Toast 'n' Egg TT550015 has the standard functions we’ve come to expect on modern toasters. The crumb tray makes cleaning the Tefal Toast 'n' Egg TT550015 easy, the High Lift function removes the difficulty of getting toast out of the toaster and there’s a mid-cycle cancel button.
Whilst the cool wall means that the outside of the Tefal Toast 'n' Egg TT550015 doesn’t get hot, making it safe to use as you’re not in danger of burning yourself, the device is also easy to use and the Tefal Toast 'n' Egg TT550015 is, in the main, easy to clean — the only problem comes from the poaching tray, because poaching eggs stick quite fiercely.
