Seagate Demos 6Gbps SATA3 Comments

All these different damn connectors man. I'm looking forward to USB 3, and lamented the removal of FireWire from the 2008 MacBook, but all these annoying little format wars, proprietary connectors, etc., just giveme a headache. I have to tread that much more carefully to pick the right product with the right variation of the right connector. Why can't we just have, USB, FireWire and HDMI and evolve those, ensuring backwards compatibility all the way?
