Intel Ships 160GB X25-M SSD Comments

i think the 'harder to find' bit is truer than the cost factor for some. I've been hunting for the x-25M for ages and i only found pre-order options on one uk website after 3 weeks of looking. Why aren't limited quantities available to consumers yet? Judging by reviews all over the net, this SSD brings forth the biggest opportunity to gain performance on a laptop through upgrading a part. RAM ofcourse does make a difference, but i think a storage option capable of flooding a Sata II connection will do more for daily use.
