Considering the external dimensions are listed as: "1.6 x 3.3 x 5.5 in. / 40 x 85 x 140mm(WxHxD)" that pretty much discounts 3.5" hard drives right there :)

Which ports are powered? Seems like a bit much for the USB part to handle. Other than that, this looks terrific.
