Logicube Announces Speedy Drive Cloning Tool

Logicube, the hard drive duplication and computer forensics expert has announced the Sonix, a hand-held hard disk drive duplicator. It's designed to save IT technician’s time with many tasks such backing up a drive or setting up a PC with a new disk image.

The Sonix is Logicube’s fastest duplicator yet, with the company claiming that it can exceed 3.3GB/min. Connectivity is excellent too with a choice of USB, SATA, EIDE or parallel port. It also features the optional CloneCard Pro, enabling it to access notebooks via the PC Card slot.

The Sonix is compatible with any size, brand and model of hard drive and a disk can be cloned at the touch of a button. There are a number of diagnostic modes and several presets including, ‘data recovery’, ‘drive wipe’, and ‘mirroring’.

Each Sonix package includes a nylon carrying case, a parallel cable, UDMA/power supply, a torch, and screwdriver.
