Shockingly bad phone

Have endured this phone for well over a year now, can't wait for my upgrade date. Phone cannot be relyed upon to actually work when needed as have been locked out far too many times. Alarm quite often doesn't go off, that's assuming the phone has kept time in the first place. An all round thoroughly frustrating phone which will have you wanting to chuck it out of the window on more than one occassion
