All this Win7 news! I'm so excited I could throw a party!

case in point, team losi's brushless motor utility. will not run under anything 64 bit, or windows 7 in general. if a little sluggish, it was perfectly fine.

Well if you actually throw a party Microsoft will give you a copy of W7 for the best price of all: free. Something I got in an email. They actually want people to throw Microsoft House parties and record the even in some way, video or pictures. I'm sure those will become an advert somewhere along the line to promote W7 and show the coolness of MS over Apple.

I wonder if they will want my film. 20 minutes to install 7, and then, because it is not possible to update from the beta or RTM, 12 hours spend reinstalling all the programs and software.

12 hours? Seriously?

I dont think I'd want to do an upgrade I'd want a clean install and a fresh start like it's a new computer. I have an organised backup of my files so just have to install a few programs and copy a few (large) folders and I'm away, probably would run faster too.
