I would definitely go for this. In the house we have 2 laptops that were released around the time Vista came out (with Vista upgrade discs but XP installed) and one older desktop. All 3 run the RC just fine.

The only worry is that I believe they did offer a similar licence pack for Windows Vista, but only in the USA. So while I would be pleased if this was offered in the UK as well this time, I'm not holding my breath. Unless anyone's seen this in a Windows 7 'E' EULA?
