Considering the Recommended award you might want to consider changing the post's comment Another Blinding Samsung TV...Yawn! very likely that would make people probably gloss over the review.

Or perhaps change it to "another blindingly good Samsung TV" - I like the sentiment that Samsung are on a roll at the moment and are a good bet, but my immediate thoughts were of retina searing ;-)

Any chance you could post the actual best tv settings? Have had this tv for 2 months now and I just cannot get a good picture.

Thanks

The TV come with it share of problems which Samsung is unable to rectify :
1> Play a RIP file from a USB and the Lip Sync problem sets in
2> Same Lip Sync problem on BBC player and i player
3> Today tried to upgrade to 1112.2 and after 55 % the update failed.....

What i think in race to launch so many products at one go samsung is compromising on Quality and a search over the above problems will reveal that samsung is not able to solve any of these ....

Hi,
I am looking for a new TV, my options for the moment are:
Samsung PS60E6500 Plasma
Samsung PS60F5500 Plasma
Samsung UE55F6500 LCD

Which should I choose?
The Tv's all get great test results so I'll give some more information for what purpose the tv is mostly used.
It will play HD content from my PC in a Living room with little light. I'll be sitting at about 4 meters away from it.

I bought this TV in November 2013 and I give it 7 out of 10. Furthermore if you watch football often you should stay away from it (score of 4 out of 10). This TV has a serious vertical banding/clouding issue which becomes very apparent when the camera pans left and right (e.g. in football). It is just OK for watching anything else.

I agree. Same issues here. Very annoying. Besides the vertical banding and clouding issues, panning is a bit choppy.
