now was that so hard to do?
Since the beginning of this year I am looking for a new notebook with:
-a Sandy Bridge 4 core
-a fast enough dedicated graphic card to do some gaming
- a backlit keyboard for work in low light
- a bright non reflective screen for work outside.
- a bearable design
. and a non out of the world price

It seems I found my new notebook finally

Here we go, another Windows laptop trying to be an Apple Mac. Why doesn't any of these manufacturers come out with something drastically game-changing like Apple have for the last 20 years? Instead of trying to copy designs and features from them. They're never going to compete with an Apple Mac, so why try and live in their shadow?

Good job I opened Trusted Reviews and thank you for the review. I was about to order a particular samsung laptop and had to question PCWorld why there was but one in stock in a thirty mile radius of Nottingham - and unavailable to order even though still listed on samsung website. No need to bother now, as will await this model for a look. Which, incidentally, I can find no mention of on samsung's website.

It appears (excuse my hesitation as I am expecting a reply) that the PC World / Currys / Dixon Group are now advertising all three models online. An enquiry at their Mansfield, Notts; UK branch proved no instore availability as of last week, nor had they heard of it.

Their websites, however, were, by then, show all three Series 7 laptops at a discounted price. And selling out fast it seems.

Unfortunately, it again seems, the previous pricing dates ('...between 17/9/11 and 24/10/11') appear to predate the model's release.

I await the group's reply which I will post in due course.

I bought this computer via work about 6 months ago and are very pleased!
Best feature: The keyboard, including touch, layout, backlit etc !!
Less good feature: Only 2 USb and a dongle needed for VGA output. However ethernet actualis is a fold-out type and does not require dongle...
