With a large enough capacity for the biggest of households, the Samsung RR82FDMH will easily hold all of your food without getting squashed. You don’t have to worry about getting everything in at once if you like doing large food shops as not only is there plenty of space in this fridge, but it’s all cleverly laid out and organised too.
With five transparent shelves and two large vegetable compartments the Samsung RR82FDMH features plenty of space with the door also playing host to five small shelves, all of which are nicely spaced apart to hold tall items like milk bottles. For dairy, there is a small box underneath the middle shelf, but curiously, this fridge has not been built with a bottle rack, despite having plenty of space.
The Samsung RR82FDMH is built with compressor cooling, for quick cooling of new foods, to keep them fresher for longer. Despite this added tech, the fridge is very energy efficient, holding an A* energy efficiency rating, a feature that will save you money on energy bills. The temperature inside the fridge, as well as the compressor cooling and child lock, can be controlled with a stylish LED panel on the centre of the door, which saves having to open the fridge to change the settings.
The fridge itself looks lovely, with a metallic finish, a large protruding door handle, and a reversible door, which can be opened from the left or the right, depending which way you hang it. The control panel electronics do unfortunately make the door reversal a bit more complicated, but the instructions are clear enough. The fridge can be put side-by-side with its companion freezer, but it looks great freestanding as well. On the inside, everything is a clean white, with LED tower lighting letting you easily see the contents.
Overall, the Samsung RR82FDMH is a fantastic fridge, with plenty of space, a great look, and an eye towards saving on your energy bills.
