If you’re looking to lose some weight, or just want to expand your repertoire of recipes with some healthier options, this app from SparkRecipes is a great place to start. It gives you quick access to over 190,000 recipes and allows you to save any ones that particularly take your fancy as favourites.
You can search through the database by preparation time or choose dishes by their ethnicity, and it also lists the calories and carbs for each recipe, which is a big help if you’re trying to stick to a diet. There are even videos showing you cooking techniques from Spark Recipe’s in-house cook, Chef Meg.
This is a very useful app as it’s nicely organised and offers up loads of interesting recipes that are relatively easy to prepare.
