I have a house full of Pure Evoke radios and the sound quality is excellent, which is why I opted for the Jongo. What a mistake. The sound quality is so poor that it is downright irritating. Also, it must be about the most complicated system to operate there is. Sometimes the speakers fire up instantly, sometimes they don't. Then for no apparent reason, the speakers suddenly go off, presumably because they lose the WiFi connection. I wish I had bought the Sonos instead.

By far one of the worst products I have experienced in the "wireless" speaker products.

Pros -
Bluetooth works, but distance of course is limited. no issues to note here.

Cons -
1. Wifi is by far the worst possible to configure and will NOT work outside of the Pure Connect app. No, it will not work with iTunes via Airplay on wifi.
2. Using it as a speaker only (via the input jack) results in very poor quality sound, regardless of the input source or cable.
3. Overall speaker output via bluetooth was not impressive and I'm NOT an audiophile!

Would NOT recommend this product in any fashion... Even using the pure connect app to configure wifi was a challenge, it failed repeatedly to negotiate the wifi security authentication steps and would have to be factory rest to attempt it again. 4-5 attempts later it was connected but managed to play audio once and failed. Even the Pure Connect app could not find the unit. 0 out of 5 stars in my book.
