DON'T BUY THIS PRINTER - paper is stuk all the times and the picture quality is very poor - it 's a shame for samsung they bring this on the market

After only 12 months of moderate use (just out of warranty) black is banding so badly text is almost illegible. The only thing it prints acceptably are graphics not involving black, or text in colour. When the current toner runs out I'm binning it.
I wouldn't recommend it.

VERY POOR PRINTER. STONGLY ADVISE DO NOT BUY. We bought two for our business, after six months of moderate use both developed severe banding on black, and one on colour too. Drum/toner unit replaced on both under warrenty. Replacements on both printers started to fail after a few weeks, one becoming unusable after just 1400 pages! Samsung define this part as a consumable and only warrent the replacements for 3 months irrespective of usage hence would not help other than to quote me the price of replacements (slightly more than the cost of the printers). Either I am very unlucky or these are not fir for purpose. Taking the matter up with Samsung, will report if I get anywhere.

This is the worst printer I've ever purchased. It costs more to fix it than what I can purchase a new one. Quality is just not there. The paper constantly jams.

I can only agree with the comments above. Print quality is appalling on photographs, it developed severe banding on black after a few months and the teeth on the toner cartridge on black keep getting chewed off, meaning no toner gets to the drum and a horrible clicking noise. A total waste of money. When I raised this issue with eBuyer they simply pointed out that they don't support business users so tough luck. This proves the point that if you buy cheap, you buy twice. But don't buy a Samsung.

Print quality I can just about live with but this printer is the worst piece of junk I have bought in over 25 years involvement with printers and computers. It is simply unusable as it will jam a page for every one it prints. I recently spent 20 minutes trying to get ONE PAGE printed but it refused with the paper sticking half way. It's in the bin and my Canon IP4300 never lets me down.

Samsung plainly knew this printer was junk. They give you this upgrade junk until the warrenty is out, then refuse to do anything about their problem. My company was supplying 50+ samsung microwaves and refrigerators to an apartment group every month. Not any more. They got me one time, I get them 50 times every month.

I was advised by a so called expert to get the later version, the CLP 350N and have had no end of grief and wasted paper. Try before you buy
