Maybe now some one will get the idea to put a small keyboard on some all in ones. So when it comes to typing in an email address to scan to email or fax info for the fax address book, it won’t take all day.

Maybe that would be doable just by plugging in a USB keyboard, like on Xbox 360...??
All I know is the quite excellent Kyocera MFP we have in the office has a web-page interface for the Address Book, which gets around that issue. You just type in the email addresses and save them, then use the LCD control panel to select Address Book entries. Simple as that :)

Umm... Isn't a printer with a keyboard a typewriter? Just wondering...
