I just got one too and really like it. The comment of the reviewer regarding charging with MicroUSB is in my opinion a non argument as it comes with 3 forms of changers - one desk stand (personally won't use it) one storage case with separate battery to charge earpiece when on the go, and a very small adaptor, that clicks on the headset.
This adaptor connects in turn to a micro usb cable, and has a elastic loop attached to it, so I have tied it to my usual micro usb lead (together with my iPhone charge adaptor) so always have only one cable that serves 3 devices.
only downside I found is that you cannot set if the PC or mobile phone to have preference, so when listening to a book on my iPhone while working on the PC, it gets interrupted every time the PC (tries to) makes a noise.

Coming from the Voyager Pro. and Voyager Pro HD. the Voyager Legend was a disappointment.
The decision Plantronics have made, not using a standardized microUSB charging connection most all phone manufacturers have joined is close to stupidity!
Try letting it laying in your car seat charging, without the charging connection repetitively disconnecting!
The sound is also poorer in the Legend compared to the Pro and Pro HD, the sound is simply not clear, sometimes very difficult to hear what the other side is saying.
I still have the old ones, and can clearly make out the differences!
The Pro HD really shines here!
My first Legend lasted a week, before refusing to take charge!
Not impressive!
The spoken commands to the headset, I should not comment.
Try watching the episode of Top Gear with Jeremy Clarkson where he tries to communicate with the built-in voice activated phone system of a top-end Mercedes Benz.
Tells all you need to know.
Also walking about yelling commands , it is enough to walk around talking and trying to be discrete.
Trying the voice commands usually turns out not so discrete!
