I have experience with this tv as i work in a electronics store. Comparing this one with LG 47LM660/669T and you see the similarities when it comes to design. Same frame, same foot design (Philips not so plastic) and as it seems same inputlag. But put them sido to side and Philips just blows LG away when it comes to picture performance. The colours and contrast is impossible to get on the LG. And i must say, backlight is as small problem as on the LG...which you gave a higher score. But it can be a pokergame buying tv today concerning backlight bleeding. Some get it some don't. What i'd like the reporters to do is actually adress theese kind of problems with the manufacturers and put them against the wall. As a consumer you have no chance getting right even if your tv is almost white in dark sceenes. Hope you can adress this problem in a more pressing matter against the manufacturers so they make backlight bleeding a warrantyissue (as dead pixels are today).
Since about three months i am the proud owner of the 47pfl6907K and i can but just agree with mulan. My tv does not have any backlight bleeding. And an outstanding picture quality.Maybe i won the poker game or you had the bad luck to become a bad tv.
