Best news here for me is that we are finally getting Mac compatibility, I hope this won't be US only too!

Do these so-called million-odd free books show up in the UK store, because I can't think I've ever noticed them? I'll admit I don't use the crappy library software that came with my (UK) reader that often, but I'm pretty sure its "store" option just linked out to waterstones or something like that.

I find it a lot easier to just download free eBooks from http://www.feedbooks.com, http://www.manybooks.net, http://www.mobileread.com etc. (TOR also have a bunch free from time to time; http://www.tor.com/)

I use the excellent & free calibre application to look after my library & transfer to/from my PRS-505 reader; http://calibre.kovidgoyal.net (Windows, Mac & Linux versions)

To be honest I have only ever bought two DRM free `eBooks` and these were issues of Interzone magazine from http://www.fictionwise.com and that was just to try it out (I wasn`t really impressed with A4 magazine shrunk & re-jigged to fit the Sony so sticking with the paper form for now)
