It’s not always the big releases that get my attention, and this little announcement proves the rule. So if you live in a flat, or have notoriously grumpy neighbours, you make want to check out these little fellas.

Called AcoustiFeet (probably the cutest IT name this year, though I still love "JumpSuits"), these rather self explanatory peripherals are vibration-absorbing low profile feet that fit onto the bottom of your computer, subwoofer, etc. They are made from self-adhesive soft silicone (it feels so real!) and measure 7mm in height. Two variants are available: A15 and A20, the first is designed to take a maximum load of 8Kg, the latter 14 Kg.

Available in white or black, designer Acousti promises AcoustiFeet will not mark surfaces, or become sticky when stuck underneath hot surfaces.

Stocked in the UK by Quiet PC, they cost washers at just £4.41 including VAT. So if you have some irritating residents who are always giving you grief about your noise levels check them out. By contrast, you may just want to just turn the volume up and give em hell!

Update:
Acousti also makes A25 and A30 AcoustiFeet which can take 22Kg and 30Kg respectively, but they are not available in the UK just yet.
