half the parts, and the case are already what i've built for myself at home :o

the only problem with the case is that an under the desk placement makes it difficult to use my usb ports because of trhat big bit of retractable wood that comes out with the keyboard, for the mouse to sit on.

I just hope that people check out the wealth of information available on Mesh's poor customer service before deciding upon purchasing anything from them.

Please don't review too many of their products. I really hope that Trusted Reviews is not going to go the same way as PC Pro did. I stopped using that site as all they considered was the price and Mesh always seem to be at the top of their recommended PC lists regardless of all the negative mail they received about Mesh.

i agree with the above comments. 2 years ago I bought a mesh pc based on a PC pro review. The machine was delayed, did not work when it arived. My wife spend days at home waiting for drivers to appear to collect and deliver the machine. Plus countless hours phoning for non existent support. The machine has had constant driver problems and blue screens all the time. Mesh support is non existent and they even refuse to tell you where to bring back machines to be repaired in depsartation i have ended up taking it to PC World to be fixed ( although it has an extended warrantee. The latest, I bought an xbox a to use as a widnows media extender but then found out that as the machine was supplied with windows media 2002 edition and not the updgraded 2005 version, media extender options on the xbox will not work unless I go out and buy an upgrade to windows vista. Mesh is not interetsed in my problems. I will have to simply go out and spend more money on a new machine ( Apple Imac??)

Just to add a little bit of balance to these comments here - I've been running a Mesh Computer for the past 2 years now and it hasn't missed a beat. Ordered it off the back of a mag review. As far as I can remember I had no issues ordering the machine, and I've been happily recommending them to my mates ever since...

The irony of the title of this website. Surely every review of a MESH computer should either have significant points deducted for appalling customer service or a dedicated gauge of 1-10 for this area? Although to be fair, MESH don't do customer service so there'd be no point.

I am one of the latest victims who ordered from MESH before finding for every one happy customer, there's 50+ very unhappy customers. I ordered six weeks ago -thankfully on credit card- and it hasn't arrived yet. They took the money (£980) immediately and said the ETA was 14 days. There's a 'tracking' system on their website which from the minute you order will state "In Process" - it remains the same to this very day on my order.

I won't bother asking for a refund as I know they won't give it up without a fight - so I'm going to instruct my bank to recover the money for me. Has anybody ever had to do this before? I've never had to deal with such a bad company!
