Considering an Eee box costs ~£195 inc. VAT, seems a tad overpriced to me.

Judging by the picture that's the price for two ;)

I bought an atom 330 based tranquilpc with 2GB for my daughter and am very impressed - Vista with Aero, Office 2007, FF3, no problem. As soon as I can get reasonable graphics subsystem my ancient big box is going.

I understand the need for lower power general computing at work 'terminals' (email, word processing, company server stuff in IE) but people who might want to use these as home machines, i think the atom is below acceptable performance, the netbook i tried with the atom could not properly manage a youtube video, when it wasnt running anything else. Reminded me of my old PIII which is gathering dust, near to it's burial now.
