Compaq Business Desktops

As well as the new workstations, HP is offering a new range of standard business desktops with the Compaq brand. The 7000 series provides the latest PC technology, with increased manageability and security features over previous generations.

The dc7100 is based on the Intel 915G chipset, and will be available in three designs - an ultra-slim desktop, a small form factor box and a convertible mini-tower, each of which feature tool-less access for upgrading components in as quick as 60 seconds. It can be bought pre-configured or fully customisable with Pentium 4 processors up to 3.6GHz, hard drives up to 160GB, and up to 4GB of DDR SDRAM.
