Don't buy this product if you don't have a Panasonic TV, it may not work right. I took two of this model back to Best Buy and ultimately could not get the HDMI (ARC) to work (with Samsung STV) without hanging the Panasonic interface, requiring a hard AC power restart on the HTB770 each time. Panasonic Tech support (2 cases) was nice but ineffectual. I was supposed to get contacted by higher tier support but, NO Call. I Contacted them a final time (after a week) and asked for a Supervisor and they dropped the call. The guy had my phone number and case number so, no excuse. I took the 2nd one back to BB and a tech tested it on Panasonic STV and a different Samsung STV and it only worked properly on the Panasonic. I ditched it at the store and got the Samsung 550. It works great first time, and easy setup.

same problems at lots of people. unless you have a panasonic tv with arc, don't buy it.
first one worked for a few days, died. replaced, worked for a few days, died. power off for (random time) fixes it (for a random amount of time)
