I have the panasonic BT200. My mediaplayer (WD-TV gen1) is giving up on me.

I'm very disappointed in the fact DTS is not supported on the BT200 optical in, and I have a pretty large MKV database.

My question is as follows. Is full support for MKV (X264, VC1, DTS, subs) included as much as the normal media players, e.g. Playon HD 2 mini.

Unfortunately this article needs a footnote. The review is only valid for the UK version. It turns out that the US version is VERY different than the UK version. Missing are the DLNA support, USB front port and who else what more. If manaufacturers are going to create different products they should have different models (not just some -suffix). THey should have called the US version the SC-POS370 as compared to the one reviewed the unit is a PoS. As it is very crippled. Also, there is a lack of support from the manufacturer on how to create external media (without the use of certain Panasonic products). All in all the score for this unit is WAY too high. All features are worthless unless the user knows how to use them.
