I'm a vt30 owner and think any changes to Panasonic's rubbish smart interface are welcomed. 2+ years into ownership and still no netflix or lovefilm.

Love your blog! This Panasonic is
one of the best TVs I’ve ever seen! I just picked up this same model and
everyone loves it. The picture and sound are both far better than any of the
other TVs we had at home before picking this up. I just picked up the DISH Hopper, and though it allows full
DVR and HD to four different TVs at once, I only had three sets. With only
three TVs hooked up, DVR timer conflicts had become a problem, but having a
fourth set solved it. I work at DISH
and a coworker suggested I check out Panasonic if I was on the market for a new
TV, and I’ve been happier with a purchase.

SO helpful! Thinking about a smart tv for my 93 year old Dad, who has been limping along with Webtv in order to send and receive email and surf the web on his tv. If you were to recommend one Smart TV over another for the ease of its function, and for finding regular television guide list of channels rather than having content chosen for you, what might it be? Do any make checking email on the tv realistic?
