@ Singularity. Is it really that inconceivable for a company to actually make good products? Please - find me a negative review of the PT-AE 3000, as all the ones I have seen awarded it nothing but high praise. Honestly, I don't understand the logic of some people :(

Still got it? Can you test it and see if it'll accept 1920x1080 from the VGA input. We had the AE1000 at work for a while and it couldn't, so it had to go back (despite a fantastic HDMI 1080 pic, but it had to work with laptops).

hmmm yes it does look to kick arse in reviews.....but then maybe Panasonic is immune to the financial crises and has bought up all reviewerers on the interweb.

@ Imilne, agreed! I find it very annoying that a lot, if not most, modern TV's wont run native res from the VGA port, but generally fail to mention that.
