Android Market link: Camera 360 - £Free
The standard camera app built into Android certainly gets the job done, but it doesn’t add much in the way of flair. If you’re looking for an app to replace it, Camera 360 is definitely worth a look.
It packs in a huge range of features including stuff like touch-to-focus and support for creating simulated HDR (High Dynamic Range) photos, although the results from the latter aren’t quite as good as those produced by the iPhone’s HDR feature. However, there are sack loads of filters and some of the effects are truly brilliant including Tilt Shift, which makes real life shots look like miniature scenes.
The free version does nag you continuously to upgrade, but with the range of features on offer, we think you will want to buy the full version anyway.
