What are the best current game deals?

If you’re looking for some great gaming deals to fill your long Easter weekend, we’ve scoured the internet for some fresh bargains for you to splash your cash on.

Whether you’re an Xbox fanboy or a pure mobile gamer, there are some thumb-friendly gaming deals for everyone. If there isn’t, or you’ve discovered some of your own, then let us know in the comments below.

Xbox One

Xbox One Console – If you are looking to bag an Xbox One, there’s an additional £50 discount on Xbox One consoles bought in GAME stores over Easter. This means you can pick up the Titanfall Xbox One bundle for just £349 in-store, down from the usual £399 RRP.

Tomb Raider Definitive Edition – The full 1080p HD next-gen version of the 2013 reboot, Tomb Raider Definitive Edition is going quite cheap at The Game Collection right now. You can pick up the Xbox One version for £27.95 with free first class delivery.

Titanfall Xbox One controller – Looking to pick up the Titanfall themed controller for your Xbox One? At most retailers it is at least £60, but The Game Collection has it for £53.50 as an Easter special.

Killzone: Shadow FallGrainger Games is offering Killzone: Shadow Fall for just £14.99 with free delivery, if you’re not bothered about buying pre-owned titles. CEX also has the title for the same price in store if you have one near you.

Thief
The Game Collection is offering the PS4 edition of Thief for a bargain £27.95 as an Easter bargain.

Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag – The latest Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag game is now just £18.99 on Amazon, which is quite a bargain for the open-world title. It is definitely worth giving a go if you haven’t already.

Batman Arkham City
– Part of Microsoft’s Xbox Live Spring Sale, Batman: Arkham City is down to £14.99 on Xbox Live. However, if you’re an Xbox Live Gold member you can get it for the ultra-low price of £3.74, which is one of the best deals we’ve seen around.

Beyond Two Souls – Ellen Page’s gaming debut, Beyond Two Souls is down to £11.50 as part of an Easter promotion at The Game Collection.

Battlefield 4 – Through the new PlayStation Network spring deals offers, you can now get Battlefield 4 for £19.99, with a 10 per cent discount (£7.99) if you’re a PS Plus member. This is the same price as physical copies online, but with the added benefit of getting it direct to your PS3. Plus, its a whopper saving from the previous £54.99.

Borderlands 2 – We know it’s not out yet, but if you pre-order Borderlands 2 right now from GAME you can get it for a bargain £19.99 including free release date delivery.

Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate
– The PS Vita version of Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate has been discounted on the PlayStation Network and is now £14.99 down from the original £34.99. Got PlayStation Plus? It’s £13.49 for you guys.

Pokemon X & Pokemon Y – Kids old and young looking for some Poke-action this bank holiday weekend will be pleased to see The Game Collection offering Pokemon X & Pokemon Y for £26.50 each.

Yoshi’s New Island – This 2014 refresh of the classic Yoshi’s New Island has proved a bit hit and miss with reviewers, but for £19.99 at The Game Collection it suddenly becomes very appealing.

Thief Collection – Get a nostalgia hit with the full Thief Collection for Steam available from GAME for just £2.99.

Lego Madness
– Want lots of Lego on your PC? There’s 75 per cent off six Lego titles on Steam, including Lego Marvel Super Heroes for £3.74. The offer only goes until midnight on Good Friday though so move quickly.

Hitman Go – The latest addition to the App Store, it is totally worth spending £2.99 on this board game style iteration of the classic Hitman titles. This might not technically be a deal, but it’s worth being aware of.

Horn – This critically acclaimed action adventure game is now free on the iOS App Store and is well worth a download for some mobile gaming addictions this weekend.

Assassin’s Creed: Pirates – Google has chopped 60 per cent off the price of Assassin’s Creed: Pirates on the Google Play Store. It now costs only £1.49 and is highly addictive.

Need for Speed: Most Wanted – Usually retailing around the £4 mark on the Google Play Store, the Need for Speed mobile game is now 60p for Android devices.
