Surely the 'Beefy Pocket' has been named purely to get a few schoolboy giggles?

It's a shame not to see a review for any of the Pakuma notebook bags, they're well worth a shout

As someone who has tried a Pakuma backpack and who owns three Crumpler bags (2 messengers and a backpack), I can honestly say Pakumas are rubbish. The padding is thin and the material they are made out of feels cheap.
Contrast a Crumpler. Thick padding that I have unintentionally tested a couple of times, and superb material and fantastically well made. They are one of those products that are just nice to own.

I own three Crumpler bags, and I'm sure that number will probably increase over time. I wouldn't buy anything else, superbly well made and with a great attention to detail. I've travelled quite extensively with two of the bags and they honestly look as new as when I bought them. Very few products are made this well now.
Kashif - I've been out in some pretty heavy downpours with Crumpler bags, mine aren't leather but repel water excellently. Had no issues carrying laptops and cameras around.

All look good (some better than others!) but most importantly, especially to someone living in Leeds: which is the more water-proof? Its all good having a nifty bag, but if it hemorrhages water in-between the flaps or through the stitches - it's useless. Any water-testing, guys?
