Intel Centrino 2 Platform Launches

So, whatever happened to Santa Rosa then? What was that all about?

Not that I truly understand what's new about it all except along with every increasing performance, the new platform will offer better power management features, smaller form factor and better wireless connectivity for all those people who live in Milton Keynes (or in the City of London?).

Centrino 2 (Montevina) is Intels new platform that takes over from the current Santa Rosa platforms.
