It's interesting that Apple are doing this after Christmas. I expect they will all be songs that nobody wants to download any way.

@ Orinj, it's probably just to get new customers into the iTunes store after they open their shiny new iPod on Christmas day, just another cynical marketing scheme, but what else have we come to expect from Apple?
