As well as the offical Apple list, we have changed icons for Edge and 3G (yawn). When privacy is on, new text messages appear with "New Text Message", without showing the name of the contact, as before.
According to my iPhone, it is still fully charged from when I did the update on Friday evening. That doesn't seem right, somehow, but I'm going to keep on using it to find out! Everything seems good, some nice enhancements and generally better performance.
Better battery life (I'd say, so far double - from one day to two, with 3G, no bluetooth, and occasional wi-fi), better GPS (google maps loads faster, less hanging), contacts are faster (nearly instant flipping).. thanks Apple.
At least Apple have admitted that 2 crashed a bit, and had dodgy reception. And at least you lot have now realised that the iPhone was not as perfect as you made out, although no doubt you'll forget all the issues and crashes as soon as you get to review a WM based device...
@Oliver - which is why updates come out on a regular basis.
We totally stand by our iPhone 3G review incidentally, no sure where you got any other viewpoint from. In fact, it's now looking even better after 2.1 ;)
Oh and why do you think we could "forget all the issues and crashes as soon as you get to review a WM based device..." - hmmmmmmn, I wonder... ;)
