It sounds good, but i read that when they tested the "HD" video the battery only lasted 40 minutes, if this was only because it as a pre-production model then it looks like a good buy.
Does anymore know it it has a "G-sensor"?
Do we know if this one will have a 3.5mm jack? And by the way the touchscreen isn't that bad on the Omnia. With the right apps i.e. SPB the phone works like a dream. Pants battery though so I hope the above comment isn't corrent.
Yep, 3.5mm jack, no idea on other aspects as yet though. Unofficial specs here, but we're holding tight for the minute as Expansys has been wrong many times in the past: http://www.expansys.com/d.aspx?i=179091
Oh B@*#ER! Of well. Looks as though the more geeky amongst us will have to put the new SPB shell and skins pack over the top of it. problem solved. Admittedly - not great for the mass market who just want things to work out of the box. Personally I like tinkering so "i'm alright jack".
a quick google search(http://blogs.iium.edu.my/hairul/tag/samsung-i8910-omnia-hd/) as well as the gizmodo article both say that it has a capacitive touch screen. So it looks like the UI could be the only flaw - but it is only a beta version
